Services We Provide

We offer fence installation, repair, and replacement services for residential and commercial properties in Wilson, NC and surrounding areas. Our services include wood fences, vinyl fences, chain-link fences, aluminum fences, pool fencing, and commercial fencing solutions.

Estimates and Quotes

We provide free estimates for your fence projects. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may change if materials costs increase or if you request changes to the original scope of work. We will notify you of any price changes before starting work.

Payment Terms

We typically require a deposit before starting work on your project. The deposit amount will be specified in your quote. Final payment is due upon completion of the work. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. If payment is not received within 30 days of completion, late fees may apply.

Project Timeline

We will provide you with an estimated timeline for your project. While we do our best to stick to the schedule, delays can happen due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions. We will keep you informed of any changes to the timeline.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for marking any underground utilities before we begin work. You must also ensure we have clear access to the work area. If you have homeowner association rules or local permits required, you need to obtain those before we start. We can help guide you through the permit process if needed.

Warranties

We stand behind our work. Our labor warranty covers defects in workmanship for one year from the date of completion. Materials are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which varies by product. We will help you with any warranty claims if issues arise.

Changes to Your Project

If you want to make changes to your project after we have started, we will provide you with a revised quote for the additional work. Changes may affect the timeline and final cost. All change requests must be approved in writing before we proceed.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your project, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made before we start work may receive a full refund of any deposit, minus a small administrative fee. Once work has begun, you will be charged for materials purchased and work completed up to the cancellation date.

Liability

We carry liability insurance to protect you and your property. However, we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked, or for damage to items that were not removed from the work area as requested. We take care to protect your property, but you should secure or remove any valuable items near the work area.

Disputes

If you have any concerns about our work, please contact us immediately. We want to make things right. If we cannot resolve the issue directly, we agree to work with a neutral mediator before pursuing legal action. Any disputes will be handled in Wilson County, North Carolina.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
